Kyle Carter
Kyle Carter is a Spiritual Care Provider and member of CASC/ACSS the leading association of spiritual care and psychospiritual therapy in Canada. Kyle has spent over twenty years providing spiritual care and support to children, youth, and families as they transition through the bending paths of life. His restorative community work took him to Rwanda, Nova Scotia, and Montreal. He is passionate about supporting the growth of your mind, body and soul. If you find it challenging to maintain healthy relationships with romantic partners, family members, a co-parent or child or if you feel unworthy and disconnected he will help you discover healthier ways to relate to others. He cultivates supportive conversations with men as they address limiting cycles, foster healthy behaviours and create safe boundaries.
Kyle works from a variety of approaches such as relational therapy, solution focus and CBT. He sees men, and couples for premarital counselling, and support groups, and he is available to work with people either on a long-term or short-term basis. He believes that we do not choose where we begin our journey in life, but through personal healing and determination we are granted the liberty to work towards where our life journey will end.

Karlene Grant
Karlene has been working as a social worker for over 25 years and is registered with the College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers, in good standing.
Karlene has extensive experience working in the field of mental health and has been providing individual, family and couples counselling services within local community agencies, hospital settings, and in a private practice. Karlene provides evidence based and research advised practices. Regine obtained her Master’s degree from the University of Ottawa in 2003 and has been working in the mental health field for the past 20 years. She recently registered with the College of Psychotherapist of Ontario.
